INNOCEAN Canada Appoints Adam Ferraro as VP of Strategy

INNOCEAN Canada is proud to announce that Adam Ferraro has joined the agency as Vice President of Strategy, further strengthening the agency’s strategic bench during a period of accelerating growth. With over a decade of experience driving strategy across leading creative and communications networks, Ferraro brings a dynamic blend of creativity, data-driven insight, and cultural fluency to INNOCEAN. His experience partnering with brands across Automotive, Luxury, CPG, and Tourism makes him a valuable addition as the agency helps clients navigate the evolving Canadian consumer landscape.

Ferraro most recently served as Vice President, Social Media & Communications Strategy at McCann Worldgroup’s Content Studios New York, where he helped shape global brand strategies in the social and digital space. Prior to that, he held interdisciplinary roles across brand, media, and social, where he guided award-winning, data-informed campaigns. His career includes nearly a decade within WPP agencies spanning North Amerca and Europe, where he led strategy teams at Ogilvy and Wunderman Thompson.

Ferraro’s appointment builds on a wave of recent additions at INNOCEAN Canada, reflecting the agency’s focus on expanding its strategic capabilities and delivering bold, integrated work for clients.
