INNOCEAN Canada Taps Kendra Plantt to Lead Integrated Production as Agency Invests in Speed, Scale and Creative Excellence

INNOCEAN Canada is announcing the appointment of Kendra Plantt as Vice President, Head of Integrated Production, joining the agency’s Executive Leadership Team.

The hire reflects INNOCEAN’s continued investment in evolving its production capabilities to meet the increasing demands of a rapidly changing marketing landscape—where speed, scale, and seamless execution are critical to delivering impactful creative work.

Plantt brings more than 17 years of experience leading complex, integrated production environments. She has worked across a diverse roster of leading brands, including BMO, Sobeys, Pizza Hut, Honda, Fountain Tire, and SickKids, delivering high-impact work across a wide range of categories.

In her new role, she will lead INNOCEAN’s studio and production teams across disciplines, partnering closely with both the creative and media arms of INNOCEAN’s integrated offering to ensure ideas are not only executed at the highest level, but built for how they are distributed, experienced, and scaled in market.

Known for her ability to balance creative ambition with operational rigor, Plantt has a strong track record of building and inspiring high-performing multidisciplinary teams while delivering strong financial performance. She has also been a leader in modernizing production through the adoption of AI-enabled workflows, automation, and more efficient operating models.

Her appointment comes at a time when agencies are rethinking how ideas are brought to life, as brands require more content across more platforms, delivered faster and with greater consistency.
