
Kia Canada and INNOCEAN Canada pushes boundaries with its All-New Kia EV4 X REZZ partnership. Canadian underground EDM DJ and producer REZZ (Isabelle Rezazadeh) lends her signature sound and hypnotic visuals to Kia’s first-ever all-electric sedan launch.
Aiming to reach a younger, more online demographic who care about design and tech, this partnership is a new direction for Kia Canada both visually and in tone. REZZ’s music is more underground, with a darker, heavier, and industrial sound that stands out in a sea of same. Her distinct visuals are immersive and hypnotic, speaking to an audience that yearns for exceptional experiences.
This target audience is into gaming, music, and the latest tech. The campaign takes cues from these subcultures, creating fast-paced videos that mimic the excitement of driving the electric Kia EV4. Custom visuals were created by REZZ’s team for the campaign, designed specifically for the song “Running From Yourself”, featured on her latest album “As The Pendulum Swings”. Her signature red glasses are featured throughout, building intrigue and tipping off those in the know.
Using the tagline “Next Level” the campaign speaks to those who never settle for ‘good enough’. In an over saturated market where everything can look and sound beige, the Kia EV4 is designed to be different, with next level tech and safety features drivers wouldn’t expect from an entry-level sedan.

INNOCEAN enlisted Canadian director Kacper Larski and video production company Asymetric.TV to bring the campaign to life with his artful style and unique vision.
Key components of the campaign include online video, connected TV, social video across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, Netflix and YouTube pause ads, Reddit, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and an immersive Xbox experience where you can create a custom loadout of the EV4 to the sounds of the campaign anthem.
