In a continued effort to redefine the modern workplace, INNOCEAN Canada announced the launch of Work From Home (From Office), a new initiative designed to bring the comforts of remote work into the office environment.

Leveraging virtual reality (VR) technology, the program enables employees to simulate a personalized work-from-home setting while remaining physically present in the office. The approach aims to support employee well-being, maintain productivity, and preserve the collaborative benefits of in-person work—without requiring a trade-off between the two.

Through VR headsets deployed across teams, employees can access customized virtual environments that mirror their preferred at-home setups, from kitchen tables to home offices. The initiative is intended to ease the transition between remote and in-office work, while maintaining connection and culture.

The rollout begins immediately, with VR headsets available across all departments.
